is a bay area teacher, choreographer, performer, & mentor.

Her budding romance with the Bay area began while completing her studies at Alonzo King LINES BFA program at Dominican University. Originally from North Hollywood, Ca — Natalya has always had a love for dance deriving much of her early inspiration for movement from Missy Eliot music videos and Cheetah Girl movies. Now, Natalya, sources inspiration from nature, philosophy, innate truth and understanding, intuition, as well as fellow artist.

Natalya’s choreography has been presented with Black Choreographers Festival (2019,2020,2022,2023), Eastbay DANCES (2019), RAWdance (2021), CHOPshop dance (2019), LEVYdance (2019), and Oakland Ballet company (2019). Natalya has also choreographed for artists such as Con Brio. Natalya is a teacher/mentor with Shawl-Anderson Dance Center.

Natalya, simply, enjoys life. She enjoys teaching how to achieve peace, self-actualization, strength, balance, integrity through movement. She believes that movement is an avenue to deepened awareness. Natalya’s daily practices of cultivating acceptance, forgiveness, and peace within -- influences all of what she does. Natalya is a student of life. She seeks and welcomes the opportunity to learn and grow.
